After reviewing the after-action review of the entire process and transaction. I can conclude that Robert DiCarlo of PRECISION CAR CARRIERS did try his best to make the entire transition of transporting my vehicle as smoothly as possible. Unfortunately, the auto transport industry does and often times involves several different parties that are not always honest, accurate or can be misleading which will cause an honest party to provide a customer(s) with misinformation. Based on my experience with PRECISION, it is better to not rush and give the provider (PRECISION CAR CARRIER) a good window-time to thoroughly put the order together. Overall, I give Robert DiCarlo 2 thumbs up, especially with a rush order that I had placed. PRECISION CAR CARRIERS got the job completed timely and within the week that i had first called and spoke to Robert DiCarlo. Thank you.
