At your own risk...

The folks at Premier Auto shippers were very nice all the way to the end of the booking then it went south once I made my deposit with them (Which means their contract with you as a customer is over at that point - in their own words...)

They are brokers and consider that once they found you a truck to transport your car, then you are on you own, the problem in our case was:
- they promised a pick-up date - do not believe them, they cannot as things can happen on the road.
- they tell you upon booking that they found a carrier for you and all is set (they tell you they will put your cars on top so no oil leak can drip on yours...they say all the right things, they just do not deliver on the promise) - 2 days prior, they were still looking for a carrier for us resulting in a 4 days delay.
- When they found one, they asked us for $60 more than what we had originally contracted - at this point you have no choice so you agree.
- They were suppose to call us back to keep us posted, they never did and I had to call multiple times - at which time they start screening your calls...
- They were rude and litterally told me they were doing us a favor by shipping our cars and we could use someone else if we were not happy! In the middle of a stressful move already...

The driver they contracted was very nice, apologetic and honest, everything they were not...the driver even asked us to call his company directly next time to avoid paying fees to a broker that does not care about you.

I read some other reviews and took the chance, I should not have and wasted 203.99$ and time with a company that I would never use again nor recommend.

Just trying to help others to avoid having to go through what we went through with them - look at other reviews, there is a pattern...
