I was cotacted by Premiers sales rep. Dan on Saturday, February 4, 2012 and offered delivery for $450.00. He asked when we needed it and it was for my sons birthday the following weekend. He said they could pick it up on Wednesday, February 8th and it would be on time for the Sunday the 12th party. That said we never received a return call. I had to call every day to find out when they would call the seller of the vehicle for pick up. I was never allowed to talk with Dan again and was told he is just a salesman. Mike became the new guy. When Friday the 10th of February arrived and still no pick up or return call I told Mike I would just assume have my money back and was told that it would not make a difference as every other carrier would post it on the board and I would just continue to wait. Called on the weekend and was given a new guy as Mike was now on vacation. He had good news and bad that I could have my truck delivered a few days late for an additional $150.00 and that they had added there fee to the deal also. I did not like the bait and switch offer and declined it. He called back a little while later and said he could do it for an additional $50.00 instead. We accepted the offer and got the vehicle a week late. I am in business and do not make promises I do not plan to keep. I would not recommend this company.
