This is my third auto transporters ever done business with and completely dissatisfied. The service between original sales person to dispatcher was night and day. Once you have signed a contract, service was almost nonexistent. Delivery was late for 16 days from original promised days incurring me two weeks of rental car fees. Once they have charged you, communication afterwards nonexistent from their end. If you call they will make you feel as if you're guilty of doing business with them. I have made tons of calls trying to to find out the pickup and basically been ignored. The guy named "Lee" was rude and abruptly cut me off. I will not do business with these guys ever again and URGE OTHERS NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH PREMIER AUTO TRANSPORTER INC.
