My Car was not picked up as scheduled 8/4/2012 Driver canceled with premier auto shipping at 11:17 8/4/2012 I never received a call from anyone. I had to call them at 3:00pm on 8/4/2012 to find out that the driver had cancelled. No response to email sent on 8/6/2012. I called them on 8/14/2012 and was told good luck on disputing the charges with my credit card company. Supposedly they are going to have my car shipped on 8/18/2012 I'll believe it when i see it.
