This is a follow-up to my previous review from a few days ago. I arranged a conference call with my credit card company and Mike Forrest at Premier Auto Shippers. I challenged the broker fee that was on my credit card to get my $100 back. During our conference call, he initially said that the check was on its way, then he said that he would need to check with the accountant, then he said that they changed accountants and that other customers are also complaining about not getting their refunds, then it was that the accountant determined that I was not eligible for a refund. All of this within about 10 minutes. Then he tried to lecture me about their right to add a fuel surcharge to the contract and that he told the customer (me) before the pickup that it would cost $100 more (LIE). Mike is a liar and a cheat. For just $100 he lost a return customer and I will make sure that no one that I know ever considers using this company. By the way, my credit card company credited my account for the $100. Don't be a fool and hire these fools to move your car!!!!!
