Scheduled 3 months in advanced. I contacted company a week prior to shipment & was told carrier they had contracted with was no longer available, so a bid was currently underway. Bid was higher than expected & I was required to pay $230 more at destination. Mike & Anthony told me at least half of that amount would be credited back to my visa as a refund to my down payment. It's been 5 weeks+ and no refund. Motorcycle was delivered at 2:00 AM! I wasn't warned this could be the case - very inconvenient. Please read additional review on order #5638 - return transport. I would not recommend this company!
