Was promised top rack of carrier for 950.00 total, when in fact it was on bottom(have pictures to prove it, pick up and delivery) and I was charged 1025.00 to be able to get car off the truck. Premier only charges broker fee and the rest is COD, I was not told that, although it is written in contract. That's where the extra money comes from, contract says I owe truck 800.00 and trucks contract with Premier says 875.00. I believe it's dishonest business by Premier. Trucking co. scratched one wheel with strap and covered their butt by saying that the car was "scratched all over" on the pick up receipt. The speed of the delivery was outstanding though and contact with the truck dispatch and driver was very good.
