I have shipped before with another company and it was easy. Couldn't remember who it was is the only reason I looked again. Premier will mislead you and never return your calls. I had one of more than twenty calls returned. Always try to give you the impression your vehicle is about to be shipped. I waited more than a month before submitting my cancellation letter. Was told it would take 7-10 business days to receive return. 11 business days later, no money still. No return calls either. It's always in process or someone's looking at it or it's not my department, Mike handles it or somebody else. No integrity, or accountability. Once they have your money, why should they care if your vehicle never gets shipped? I should've known when I had to pay prior to getting a service. They may work from major city to major city but if it ain't easy, they ain't working for it. My advice is pay more for a company that doesn't require a deposit, at least then you can cancel without more headaches.
