Received car today after having to pay an additional amount that you said I would not have to pay. I detest your industry's bait & switch business model which is based on lies, dishonesty & fraud. I have shipped a car for two years in a row & assure you that I won't use your company or any other broker con man again. I will report this to the appropriate regulatory body.
