Awful experience and a waste of time.

Anthony CONTACTED me because I submit a request online for any auto shipper company to give me a shipping quote. He was knowledgeable on the process and explained that he was the middle man between me and the driver, and that once he I were done speaking I'd hear from the driver 24-48 hours before pick-up, but to contact Anthony for any questions/concerns.

Upon locking in at $1150, $200 I prepaid as the brokerage fee, and pick up between the next 2-10 days, I was never contacted by Premier or the mystery driver from the third party. I contacted Anthony by his direct number a couple times and he was typically good at answering, but he became more rude and short with each call and continued to have no information about my driver.

The night before the 10th day I still heard nothing from Premier or a driver. I called on the 10th day and spoke with Lee who claimed their "systems were down" and therefore had no way of getting my driver information, not even a paper copy? I called throughout the day, finally "systems were back up" in the late afternoon and I was given a driver name, Donnie with Skylark, and number but it was a bust. I called several times, left many messages and I think the number was scam.

I called a NEW COMPANY on the 11th day to assist me, smooth process. I emailed Premier, followed the refund instructions, and received my $200 brokerage fee 3 business days later than the estimated 7-10 business days. The new company was able to tell me that on that 11th day they could see my request on the dispatch board at a higher price than what we agreed upon, and that no driver had actually accepted the bid. How true that it, I can't say, but it didn't surprise me since my car was still awaiting a valid driver by Premier.

Awful experience and a waste of time. With lack of responsibility and by not taking ownership to my car I will never use or refer Premier to anyone. I had to pay more with the new company because I was now pressed for time when I gave my trust to Premier Auto Shippers through Anthony and Lee.
