I could go on and on and list all the negligence, dishonesty, and disrespect...but just read any of the other reviews. Lee cussed me out on the phone, told me to shut up and claimed I was annoying because it took his company over 3 weeks to issue a refund to my credit card when I cancelled the service well before my car was even ever assigned to a carrier. I ultimately had to contact American Express fraud department to get my money back and AMEX told me they would issue a red flag in regards to this company, hopefully stopping any charges for anyone in the future. I also found out that most, if not ALL the positive reviews on this webpage are paid for by Lee, or the actual employees of premierautoshippers themselves. Lee is disgusting. A terrible person. Sounds like a self righteous, entitled child. Heed these warnings and stay well clear of this "company." You have been warned.
