Unfair review.It was an over-sized RV that the driver simply cancelled on and we were unable to reassign it to another in a timely fashion.We did refund Richards deposit in full.It takes 3-5 business days for a refund to actually show back up on the card.We provided him the transaction receipt.I understand being upset about the transport failing but I don't understand fraudulent claims of not being refunded
