Requested a Monday pick up a week in advance, Monday's comes no response, called dispatch got the run around ,Tuesday comes no pick up either,my window was 10 am to 5 pm. Wednesday comes no show either . I called both dispatch and the driver neither seemed concerned about my vehicle. It was a goat rope from the minute they got my deposit. All the employees I spoke to gave great lip service put failed to deliver. I would never use this company for anything.
