Anthony assured me that my bike would be picked up on 10-29-15. He told me that the person shipping the bike would be contacted (never happened) and that I would get a "packet" from the carrier with proof of insurance. None of this happened, he never even called me. The pick up date came and a woman called from the carrier. She informed me that Premier told her that I would pay $450 cash upon delivery and she would pick up in 6 days. This was never discussed. They charged my card $204.99 and the balance was supposed to be $300, not the $450 that I was told on the phone by the shipper. I tried numerous times to call Anthony and he would not answer; only text. They are scammers and totally illegitimate. Do NOT use these guys unless you like to donate money. I am going to do everything I can to recover my loss.
