I had the unfortunate misfortune of dealing with this company last year. They are complete scammers and I will tell anyone who will listen to avoid getting screwed over like I and many overs have. Take your money and go anywhere else. They will take your deposit and won't do anything else to try to ship your vehicle. When you call and ask about your vehicle, they will act like complete assholes.

NEVER, i repeat NEVER get these guys to deliver any vehicle that you need shipped! Find another shipper! They are extremely rude on the phone and act like they have something, anything better to do than to talk to you about your vehicle being shipped. Hired these guys to ship a vehicle in the beginning of December 2014 and they told me that it would be shipped the middle of December. The middle of December comes around and no word, so I called to have them tell me it would be to me by Christmas. Christmas comes and they tell me that it would be shipped to me by the New Year. They even go as far as to tell me that the guy picking up my vehicle has been sent all the paper work that he would need to get the vehicle onto his rig within the next day or two (which as you already guessed it, was a lie). New Years come around and still no vehicle. After talking to them for over an hour about why my vehicle hasn’t been shipped yet after they keep on telling me that it would, I tell them that they need to get it shipped within the next week or I go to another company that could actually ship the vehicle. The second week of January comes around and I gladly tell them that they need to give me a refund. It’s been over a month and a half, and they still have NOT given me my refund back. I called last month and they apologetically told me that they were refunding it as we spoke. I got my credit card statement last week and called my credit card company and opened a claim with this company to get my money back to me. I found out recently that they apparently disregarded the credit card company’s attempts at contacting them to return the money and they STILL tried to run my credit card information to get the money that they didn’t refund to me. PLEASE go ANYWHERE else to get your vehicle(s) shipped. This company is the WORST, MOST UNDER QUALIFIED company I have ever had to worked with.
