I was very pleased with Eddys great customer service skills, I couldn't have had a better experience. He made sure that everything was coordinated, kept me updated with every step, and provided more than enough information to make me feel comfortable with him handling my transportation from state to state. He was very courteous and very well spoken. Overall I was delighted to have such a great representative and I will definitely be giving Eddy a call back for my next transportation.
