I will never use this shipping company ever again. Justin was horrible in communicating the day of my pickup he was totally unavailable due to some BS. My original scheduled time to pick up was on a Tuesday. I paid my broker fee and signed a contact for a set price. Tuesday comes and the driver never showed the pickup time was changed 3 times and then was told the truck broke down. So they say then we can pick up the next day, this is the day I leave town so I leave my truck for them with keys in it on my driveway. They never pick up Wednesday. They then call and say the price is going to change from 950 to 1850! Classic bait and switch. Now that Im home and they already have my deposit they just change the price? Serious crooks. My truck finally gets picked up Friday night, 4 days late. I need my truck for work so this had a ripple effect for my job scheduling and not a good one. I lost work because of this shipping company. Don’t schedule a pickup you can’t make people plan ahead it’s just bad business. I will never use this company and I warn others to think twice.
