Don't use them. They collected $200 deposit from me and gave me a fake driver name and contact phone number. My vehicle was never picked up on the agreed upon date and I never got an email verification 24-48 hours in advance of what was supposed to be my pickup. My POC "Peter Wilson" was in communication with me and told me per the Contract, he has "10 days from the pick up date" to get me a driver!! The contract says no such thing. Who has 10 days??? And after I had made it clear i needed my vehicle to be shipped on 8/21 because I am leaving the country. Filing a complaint with the BBB and also reporting fraud. This is a company who never intended to get a carrier, they just collect deposits and then try to threaten you with more fees if you cancel because they don't perform. I wish I had seen all these negative comments before I paid the deposit.
