We signed a contract for $750. The day of we were told no driver would come to our rural area (we’re 15 min away from the Bay Area definitely not rural). Then we were told a driver from Oregon would be picking up the day AFTER our contract’s date but the price was going to be over $1,700. More than one thousand dollars compared to our signed contract. He made our son sign a cancellation paper saying we no longer wanted the service even though they were not honoring anything on their end. My son was shipping his car because he’s in the military and had new orders and this company made the move so much more stressful. Shame on them for being so shady
