All in all, a very customer-friendly process. Company contact person was very professional, and just made it easy. The amount of time spent on the telephone to negotiate the transport was amazingly small...which was much appreciated. The price of the transport was very competitive with other programs, and in many cases, less. Information about damage and claim was easily accessible. Updates were appropriately provided. Pickup of the car was prompt, and the driver courteous and knowledgeable. Delivery of the car was convenient and the driver professional, friendly, courteous and very experienced. No damage at all. Complete satisfaction from this customer.
