Like most people looking to ship their vehicle, I was novice to the shipping industry yet eager to ship my Dodge Magnum SRT8 from Nevada to North Carolina. I researched several companies in addition to comparing their reviews and checking their BBB credentials. The transport of any vehicle mainly relies on the trucking company (although the broker does have insurance to cover your vehicle), due to the fact that they are the ones that will actually be physically handling your merchandise. With that being said, I initially spoke with Robin due to reviews complementing her service. She explained the transportation process and what to be weary of. She wasn't pushy or demanding, but did explained how lower quotes might be overlooked by drivers wanting to accept bids. A few days went by after receiving numerous calls and emails from other companies wanting $1150-$1400. I contacted Robin again on a Saturday afternoon, and she was able to arrange a driver that day (who she had worked with before might I add), to pick up my vehicle Tuesday and have it my Saturday. The driver actually arrived Friday evening which worked out great. Car had no issues and the slotted rotors in the trunk were untouched. Pricedrite is not on Transport Reviews Gold Members, but they should be! Thank you Robin for you patience and excellent service!
