Failed Pick Up/ Delivery

Spoke with Jason who was friendly at first, then once I processed my order I never heard from him again. I would have to get in contact with him every couple of days just to find out what was going on. He would just reply that it would be a few more days. Then the requested pick up date came and went, called to find out what was going on. He said, "we don't have drivers sitting at diners waiting for pick ups". Very rude. Cancelled my shipment.

Communication was difficult since client was overseas. It doesn't make sense to keep emailing a client to tell them there is no driver yet. Client was informed that we would contact them the moment we have a driver. No upfront deposits were taken of any kind. The Client actually cancelled the morning of the first available date of a 3 Day Pick Up Window, a Sunday morning, and did not allow us to do our job.
