Experience was overall satisfactory and vehicle was transported to its destination safely, however at times I believe communications could of been faster and clearer. Not the fault of the Broker (Priced Rite), however the.original transport trucker (C&C AutoTransport LLC (prev. C&C Auto Transport) had truck electrical issues, which caused the original delay. I believe communications were somewhat blurred when/if the truck would be corrected and ready to move my car. To a point were I got involved with the trucker directly because communications were somewhat lacking or confused between Priced Rite and C&C. As C&C Transport was still undecided if the move would take place, Don Weaver went forward with another carrier, FACD Transport. Pick up happened on Friday, 3 days late from original schedule. Once pick up was made, trucker charged an additional $160 as my car was too long hence was unable to get another vehicle. (Thought this would be already known of vehicle make/dimensions). Trucker seemed to lack the details on what was being received! Drama continued that trucker took the weekend off without my knowledge until vehicle was on truck and strapped down...ugh. Long story short, vehicle made its way safely with arrival on Tuesday. In addition, FACD driver/rep spoke little english, but still pleasant. Again, communications were skewed.

Overall, car made it safe to me, however I felt frustrated at times as communications between Broker and trucking company(s) were somewhat lacking. I will not point fingers, however in all transactions communications should be paramount, prompt, clear and concise with the customer.
