Don didn't work with my quote because it was 45 minutes until closing time. He had me text him (All forms of business with this company are through text, and they can't be bothered to capitalize or punctuate.) the remaining details and said "I will call you in the morning to finish setting it up." I woke up the next morning, he had already finished my quote and WITHOUT MY PERMISSION set a date to pick up my car that I could not attend. He did this with an email at 5:30 am. I woke up at 7 am to a phone call from the carrier I did NOT schedule telling me to meet him down the street so he can take my car. I called Don to inform him of this mistake, and then when I asked to reschedule, he said okay and never scheduled my car to be picked up. On the day I had requested the car be picked up, he did not answer my texts or calls regarding my reschedule. I reached out to Jason, Senior Partner of the company, and mentioned that Don was too "busy" to schedule my car's shipment and that I was out of time and would like to continue rescheduling through Jason instead. He rejected the notion, saying his "Ethics" would not allow him to. I will gladly pay more money to have my car shipped than give my business to people who would be so unprofessional and uncaring.

I really don't understand this review, we have this person down for the 9th of Oct. and he was advised that we would be in touch as soon as we assigned a carrier for him. We text him on the 1oth that we had a carrier for him, no response. We do get pretty busy at times and if someone calls and they don't leave any msg. it's hard to get back with someone. This is a very exaggerated remark by this person.
