Recently we decided to transport my wifes , 2010 Infiniti G37 , this is her first brand new car, she just bought it and it was a very difficult descision for us.
My wife called around and talked to all the transport companies out there and we also researched the websites.
Our concern was that with the vehicle being brand new we did not want any one driving it, taking it on or off the truck, or any question as to responsibility or liability for the vehicle during transport.
Talking to Heather, she explained that the vehicle would be assigned to a driver for the transport. The same driver/ same truck would be used for both pickup and delivery.
She also explained that we would have the drivers cell number and be able to call him, at any time during the transport, he actually stays with the truck "24/7".
My wife asked her if there was anything we should do to make sure that everything went well. Heather told us to look at our pickup and destination points and make sure that a commercial vehicle can get in, no local restrictions, or dead end streets. She told us that if we were in doubt at all just locate a local WalMart, and plan on meeting the driver there, which we did.
The car was delivered yesterday, it was in the exact same spot on the carrier when it arrived as when it was loaded, the odometer reading confirms the car never moved from fthe truck. Obviously my wife is happy, I am extremely happy that is over. If we ever have to relocate again I would definitely do it with pride Auto again.
