Mike Rogers Prideshipping Did Great Job

The only reason I have not given Mr. Rogers and Prideshipping 5 stars, is that the system all this companies work on is not consumer friendly, requiring brokers such as Mike to have to deal with unreliable drivers and quotes. It is an aggressive business that favors drivers, who will strand customers at the last minute requiring brokers such as Mike to scramble to meet the customer's expectation and original quote. Mike had to do this for us in a difficult shipment which did not have much flexibility. He did this with a driver he trusted from past experiences, meeting our needs and keeping the original quote, which was among the lowest. I had real trepidation of another shoe dropping, but it never happened. Driver was great, and Mike work hard for us to make this shipment a success
