First time shipping a vehicle. Never realized how intimidating it could be once you submit for a quote. Pride stuck out to me by the name itself because I take Pride in what I do. Only reason 3 out of 5 was because what I was quoted was not what I ended up paying. I had to pay an extra 1,000 due to my driver having an accident the day of my scheduled pickup. Because it was a last minute change by no fault of mine, I was charged extra to make the shipping happen. I was pressed for time because I was transferring on orders so I paid it. My rep Julia was very helpful and my vehicle was delivered on schedule, no issues.
