This was my first time shipping a vehicle. I learned two things about this unique industry: 1) Communication between customer/broker/driver is not terribly efficient. 2) Nothing happens on time. That being said, Michael did a very good job managing my shipment. One does not have to search very hard to find some negative reviews against a company he was once associated with. There are negative reviews against almost every company on here, so I was not terribly worried. Michael was very upfront about this when I reported my findings and his explination was plausible. It soon became evident that he was commited to delivering my vehicle and kept in fairly regular touch with me and the driver. I would not hesitate to use him again.
