Michael was responsive and fast to my requests. the initial quote was 1040. i had to pay the drive another 150 due to stuffing stuff in the back seat (below window level) and in the trunk. so overall was 1200. the driver is a different company. the driver was nice, he didn't speak fluent English, but he was courteous. overall a good experience for the price.
