This was my first time transporting my car. The move was from Boston to Dallas. Michael at Prioity Auto was extremely nice over the phone and eased my anxiety immediately. I had a narrow window for pick up but he reassured me there would be no issues picking my car up on time. The driving company assigned to pick up my car initially had their rig break down! However, Michael found another driving company within hours and what could have been a disaster he quickly addressed. A broken down rig can happen to anyone but Michael was able to solve my needs without ANY delays.
My car was delivered as promised in perfect condition. The companies Michael dispatches jobs to are very reliable and cost effective. He has very competitive pricing with outstanding customer service.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will certainly call Priority Auto again if I ever need another car transported.
Anyone who needs to transport their car needs to use Priority Auto if you want to avoid hassles and delays and save a little money too.
