Overall, the process was better than anticipated. Priority Auto Relocations, specifically Michael DiBenedetto, was very good. Michael was very clear regarding costs- he answered all of my questions promptly- and he was available throughout the entire process. Our problems were with the driver: he did not contact our pick-up point of contact regarding his ETA (we had to call him)- he had the wrong city for the pick-up- and he arrived 2+ days early, which was a problem for us. That said, Michael immediately stepped in and was involved in the solution process (at no extra cost to us).
I would recommend Priority Auto Relocations.
