This quote was an honest mistake we're sincerely sorry about, the original quote was to be given for $1265, not $265, the "1" wasn't entered into the quote when priced via Jtracker, I work very long hours and try to hold myself to perfection but I am human and make mistakes from time to time as we all do. The error was correctly fixed and updated swiftly as the original contact with Sean McLaughlin was made via email was on Fri, Oct 28, 2016 at 5:06 PM EST and the correction was made on Fri, Oct 28, 2016 at 5:56 PM EST 50 minutes later to which Sean McLaughlin replied in a threatening tone to imply if we didn't adhere to his demands he would try his best to hurt our reputation and business which may or may not be extortion and or slander.
Sean McLaughlin stated
"OK Scott, NO GAMES. I see you guys have a good BBB rating and a 5 star transport company rating so don't ruin it. I need an accurate quote NOW. When I filled out the online quote request I clearly stated from FLA to CA.
Sean"
To which I (Michael L. DiBenedetto) replied
"This quote was an honest mistake we're sincerely sorry about, the original quote was to be given for $1265. I understand this most likely change will your decision and we respect that but if you'd like to move forward please let us know and if not we understand and are very sorry and embarrassed for our mistake.

I'd also like to add P.A.R. never had any signed agreements with Sean McLaughlin, P.A.R. didn't collected any credit card information on file from Sean McLaughlin, P.A.R. didn't collect any payment nor any form of deposit or funds were taken what-so-ever from Sean McLaughlin. Sean McLaughlin claims we ripped him off when we merely made an honest mistake we regret then corrected it as quickly as possible within 15 minutes and since then offered to do this job for no broker fee at all and find a Sean McLaughlin a carrier for a satisfactory amount of his approval trying to make this right to which he's still threatening us and demands we do it for $265. Respectfully I think any reasonable person would see and understand the mistake made and that it's not realistic to expect that a 5,500 lbs Ford F-150 Crew Cab pick up truck can be moved 2,881 miles for $265. Sean McLaughlin sent an email stated "you'll see more wrath than you can handle." if we didn't do his transport for $265 and borderline has since tried to extort us if we didn't agree to his demands. I suspect Sean McLaughlin either has misplaced anger towards us or is unhappy with what it will cost to move the vehicle which we're taking the brunt of. This man has personally made me (Michael L. DiBenedetto) uneasy and has me considering making a police report this evening as I'm not sure how I should interpret his threatening comments and "wrath" he'll impose.
In conclusion My Brother Scott E. DiBenedetto and I (Michael L. DiBenedetto) have worked blood, sweat and tears to build this business and reputation and Sean McLaughlin seems to feel it's valid to try and hurt our reputation with false claims we ripped him off that are in fact unfounded to get past his agenda to try and muscle us into doing what he wants, this is is extortion and slander. Furthermore I think the record we have maintained since inception in almost 4 years of business in an industry that has many complaints deserves merit towards to benefit of the doubt and ultimately I believe we acted in good faith.
