I was very skeptical about this whole industry in general. Have been hearing nothing but horror stories about shipping vehicles and will be honest was very nervous being my first time transporting a vehicle. Other companies were all calling me as well trying to earn my business but by bad mouthing other companies which made me feel uncomfortable. After I called pristine and spoke with a gentleman by the name of andrew he was quick to answer any and all of my questions that I had. Every answer he gave me was honest and direct. He definitely came through on his end of the deal and all he promised was honored. I am very satisfied with this company and if I have to ship a car again in the future I will definitely use this company. I highly recommend them and appreciate the honest and prompt service.
