This company kept our money.
Abdiel charged my credit card by saying that he had a driver line up to pick up my car. he sent the wrong truck and kept our money, i was vey clear when i said that my car didn't run, yet he sent the wrong truck saying that his job was completed. the car was never pick up. he doesn't want to give us our money back.
SAVE YOUR MONEY! dont use this company. he doesn't answer the phone once he takes your money.

We dispatched a truck to pick up this unit on 02/28/14. Our driver arrived to pick up the vehicle and co-part was not ready to release this vehicle. Our driver lost a spot on his truck and was stuck in NY with no vehicle to fill the spot for several days. In the past we have shipped over 20 cars for LBM LOGISTICS but they could not understand that we had to pay the driver a "dry run fee" for the gas that was spent. We provided a BROKERAGE service and the problem was on their end with not releasing the vehicle. Please feel free to contact me so that i can provide dispatch sheet that shows that our services where rendered.
