I paid the deposit upfront two weeks ago while talking to the representative Joe. He promised that the car can be picked up on Tuesday (7/7) without any problems, but no one came to pick up my car on Tuesday.
I understand that the agency may experience some unexpected delays once for a while. However, it is the agency's responsibility to inform the customers right away in detail so that they can have some alternative arrangement. Instead of being professional, they just sent an email stating, "due to uncontrollable event, the pickup has to be delayed..., " despite the fact that I've called and emailed them in attempt to further communication. In fact, they didn't even respond to me at all on Tuesday and Wednesday.
We are furious about the agency's unprofessional conduct, which has completedly messed up our schedule and has caused us some serious trouble. On Wednesday evening, we decided to quickly hire another agency to do the move.
We do not recommend people use this agency's service!!
