Jim is very friendly and caring. After the first phone call, I told him the ploblem with another company. He is very helpful and kept working on finding the truck for me. He did find a truck within an hour and made the same-day pick-up. It's so amazing! Also, the whole process was pretty smooth and the car arrived at my place two days earlier than the expected date. When the truck company couldn't reach me, Jim also helped to reach me. He is really very responsible. Also, the truck driver is also very nice. He was very careful when he unloaded my car from the truck. Thanks for professional moving Solution for giving me a great experience in having my car shipped.
