PMS quoted the transport for $700 dollars with a agreed to pickup day. I sent the deposit to initiate the transport. Three days after the scheduled pickup day they informed me I had to pay the trucking company they subcontracted an additional $100 above signed contract or they woulded pick up the car. I now would have to pay for additional storage to find another company. The PMS representative was very arrogant and had no professional skills at all talking to the customer. Since they waited to inform me this I am positive they planned it. To avoid additional cost for storage, I agreed verbally. They would not issue another contract in fact told me if I persisded they would cancel the contract and retain the deposit already sent per the contract. They only used the contract to their advantage. Vehicle was picked without any notivication to me except from the seller. No status during transport or notice of projected delivery time until they were in the city we live. Door to door turned into we are near your home so come get it and be sure to have a cashiers check ready. I would never recommend this company for anything associated with transport of a vehicle. NO customer service, NO professional communication skills, and TOTAL disregard for a contract!
