I needed my daughter's car transported from New York to California. Since I have never done this I began to do some research and after reading reviews and checking the Better Business Bureaus decided on Professional Vehicle Shipping. I found their website very informative and easy to understand. After filling out a request on-line I was contacted promptly and informed a carrier had been assigned. This happened on a Thursday late in the afternoon and I was told the pick-up would be on Monday. Unfortunately by late Sunday afternoon I hadn't heard from the carrier and became concerned. I contacted the driver to cancel. I decided I no longer felt confident using them. Patrick phoned me on Monday and I explained my concerns. He contacted the carrier to explain and obtained another carrier for me. He was very helpful and professional. The new carrier assigned kept in touch with me and were great. I am happy to say the car arrived safely. I would definitely use Professional Vehicle Shipping again. Thank you.
