I was having trouble with two other companies getting my car picked up.These other companies have no problem giving you a nice low price and taking your deposit yet thet never really get you vehicle picked up.I never knew what scam artists some of these companies were.
I was feeling desperate I was only going to be in town a couple more days and was having trouble getting these other companies to come through with their end of the deal so I called professional auto shipping and spoke with Patrick.First of all he was very reassuring that they could get the car picked up and he explained how the process worked and why we were not getting anywhere with low bids from other companies.Second he did not even take a credit card number until he had a driver set up.(THat says it about the integrity of this company).You know that they are not trying to scam you when they don't ask for your credit card right away.Next he made sure the driver called me that night to let me know what his plans were(which the driver did) In fact the driver called me several times to let me know what his plans werew and how his timing was going to be.THe best part of it all he was supposed to come Sunday evening but he ended up coming on Friday evening and my car is on the way to California.Professioal auto shipping did an exellent job and I would recommend them to anybody and if I need to ever ship a car again I will be calling on them.
