Professional was very open about potential for several days to have a shipper available for pickup. But after submitting contract, they were able to find a truck that would be here the very next day. This seems to cofirm that they had a wide number of contacts that they could use to get the best and most opportune pickup date. They were very communicative and pleasant to deal with. The driver contacted me within minutes of Professionals informing me of the availability. He was very professional and accommodating. He arrived as scheduled the next morning. He said that the normal delivery time to my destination was four days, but could be longer due to weather. Much to my surprise and pleasure he delivered to Portland on the fourth day. He was very pleasant to deal with and very professional. He was accommodating to my daughter, the recipient. The service absolutely could not have been better. I would highly recommend Professional because of their ability to contact a wide number of excellent shippers and the impeccible, flawless, and fast service they performed. I would highly recommend them to others. Their price was also very competitive and beat most other brokers. Definitely a Four Star operation.
