I was a little concerned at the begining as it took more than a week to schedule the pick up. However, both the staff at Professonal and the transport company were very professional and provided regular updates. The vehicle was delivered 4 days after Christmas, while a day or two late, that wasn't an issue for me. The car had been washed clean before delivery. The price was very good, especially considering the gasoline rebate program. I wouldn't hesitate to use again.
