My experience with Progressive was better than expected. I had already gone through some issues with another company trying to pick up this vehicle and knew I had to go with someone else but was still very nervous. Milton reassured me that the vehicle was in good hands and would be picked up and delivered when they said it would. It was picked up on a Friday and delivered the following Tuesday with no issues whatsoever. I was extremely pleased with the customer service end of it all. Since I was so nervous, I called constantly. I probably wasn't the easiest customer to deal with, but not once did I feel like there was a lack of communication. They kept me up to date constantly, and were even kind enough to get me in contact with the carrier to confirm they did have the correct information regarding the vehicle. I would absolutely use Progressive again as well as recommend them to be used by others.
