Before this, I had never shipped cargo of this size. After wading through countless offers and reviews of potential companies, I decided to contact Proline. Internet and telephone communications with both Mike Miller and the transport driver (Serghei) were excellent. During shipping I was on a trip in another state and didn't have the documentation with the driver's name and telephone number. Mike was able to provide that over the phone at night. I was able to contact the drivers to check their location and estimate when they would be in San Antonio. Unfortunately, due to the extreme weekend traffic on IH-35 between Ft. Worth and San Antonio, the transport made it in after business hours on Friday night. Because delivery was scheduled for "during business hours only" the ability to maintain contact with everyone allowed me to meet the truck at a location much closer to my home, enabling the drivers to leave a day early for their next destination. At the meetup location, the drivers offloaded the pallet from the truck directly onto my small trailer, we completed the paperwork, and they were enroute all within 10 minutes of my arrival. Well done all the way around! As a side note, the ability to copy, scan, create pdf documents, and email from home was indespensible during this process.
