Having never shipped a vehicle before I had some anxiety, but once PROLUX Auto Transport found a carrier everything went smoothly. PROLUX Auto Transport contracted a transporter to pickup our car from the former owner in California. The driver was on time and very courteous. The car arrived in Texas a day early, despite high winds encountered enroute and again it was a pleasure to meet and do business with PROLUX Auto Transport.

I will definitely use these people again.

Additionally, during transport the driver had noticed fluid leaking from the vehicle. He promptly informed PROLUX Transport about the fluid leaking. PROLUX Transport then called me after delivery to check that I had been informed about this problem.

Great customer service all around and definitely going the extra mile!
