Terrible!!!

Probably the worst customer service I have received in any service industry! Our Jeep was scheduled for a pick-up during the week of our move. They PROMISED me that it would be picked up. On Friday (several days after they told me the car would be picked up), AND the day we were moving, they told me it was going to be picked up at 5 pm. No one ever showed up and we ended up leaving the car with our neighbors (such an inconvenience!). Four days later, our car was still not shipped and we ended up cancelling our order and thought we would never see our money again.

The worst part is that no one ever called us back whenever we left messages or whenever we tried to get a hold of someone. Promises were made but never kept. They were a very, very shady business and it took days to refund our money when it should have taken minutes.

PROLUX never transported this automobile. This client placed his order before the fuel prices spiked at 585.00 gallon. We contacted the client to requote him for the difference. The client was irrational and did not want to pay the difference. So we had to cancel his order.
