You should be writing a negative review to the actual carrier and not us as we don't drive trucks or transport cars as we are a broker. You never mentioned that we gave you a partial refund and also the carrier was only 1 day late. Furthermore, we advised you the dates are approximate and we do not control the driver or carries schedule.
