I wish there was a way to give customers a one star but unfortunately there is not. Walter, we had to endure your treatment of myself, my staff and let’s not forget the driver you called an “ANIMAL” to his face when he dropped off your vehicle. Funny about stories, there are always two sides. Walter, you know exactly how much you paid and why we charged you $50 more and only $50 more than what we originally quoted you. The reason our contract states you can be charged more for camper tops and ladder racks is because sometimes the carrier is not able to move his hydraulics down enough to load another vehicle on top and be under the legal height. You waited until after we dispatched your order to the carrier to tell us about the camper and ladder rack and then surprised you had to pay extra. I was very clear the driver is wanting $50 more. When you say you were “bombarded”, what you are referring to is that you went on several websites to request a quote and then surprised you were bombarded with calls and quotes, so how is this is my companies fault? When you say “put me on the board” you are referring to the system all brokers and carriers use to post and dispatch an order. Unfortunately, I have no other way to do business but to put the order on the board. So essentially you are upset we did our job? Walter, you know we quoted you $525 and then the increase that was asked for by the carrier was $50 for a total of $575 not the $200 increase you are stating. Furthermore, the deposit was $95 and not $150 as you are stating and you should know this as I emailed you a receipt for the credit card charge. You are referring to my company as a “bucket shop” which the meaning is “an unauthorized office for speculating in stocks or currency using the funds of unwitting investors”. As I recall Walter, we did not use any of your funds for speculating in stocks or currency. So this being said, I expect an apology from you for defamation of my company and for the misinformation you clearly know you posted incorrectly.
