90% of what you wrote appears to be completely false. We had a contract to move a vehicle for you. We dispatched the driver, called you to inform you many times that day he was picking up the vechile. emailed you all the driver details and information needed to transport the vehicle, charged your credit card for a $100 deposit on the credit card you supplied us and once the driver was almost to the pick up location, you call us to tell us you already had another carrier pick it up. We are not here to play games with customers like you and we informed you that we are not returning your deposit because of all the fuel cost to have a 9 car carrier headed to the location to pick this vehicle up and then you call this credit card fraud? This would be like me going to McD's ordering a hamburger and paying with a credit card, then going next door to BK and doing the same thing. Then the company that gives me the hamburger first, I tell the other to cancel it and give me my money back, then when they refuse, I do a chargeback and give them a negative review and say they did credit card fraud.
