megan i would say about 100 percent of what your saying is false for one you were quoted by one of our agents $1000 the driver we dispatched to you wanted $1025.
before we dispatched him and sent him over my agent called you and confirmed with you first if the extra $25 was ok , i know this is true because every phone call is recorded for our records. you were ok with the extra $25 after the car was delivered you then called to complain i personally called you to reimburst the $25 even after you said it was ok? please do not lie i sent you an email with the entire phone conversation if we can give customers stars for lieing megan you would get 5 stars !!
